The upstairs also has a playroom, and a large balcony to enjoy the views of your neighborhood.

The Keowee house plan is a great plan with lots of living space on the main level. The spacious kitchen over looks the great room and screened porch, while the master bedroom is tucked away in the corner to create a private retreat. A home office on the first floor and a dining room for entertaining complete the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and a common area for playing, studying or watching TV.

Tallulah is the house for the family that loves luxury living. The main floor has an open kitchen, vaulted great room and plenty of space for entertaining. The optional loft adds space for additional family members or a live-in nanny. Three porches provide plenty of outdoor entertaining space and views of both the front and back yard.
Southern ranch
Speer is designed for the family that loves the outdoors. The house features large front and back porches for easy access to the yard. Inside, the first floor has three bedrooms, an open kitchen and lots of living space. The master bedroom is tucked into the back corner for extra privacy. French doors in the master lead to a private patio. The second floor has two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. It also has a large common area.
pine Cabin
This rustic cabin is nothing if not cozy. The open concept in the kitchen, dining, and living areas makes the space feel roomy, but keeps everyone close by. The living area features a wood burning fireplace, bringing everyone together. The first floor is complete with a master suite, laundry room, and half bathroom.
