AJH Custom Homes turns 10 years this month. While we’re astounded that it’s been that long (wasn’t 2016 just the other day?), looking back over the years has made us appreciate just how far we’ve come! To celebrate, we’re dedicating this blog post to a tour of the work that has shaped and formed our company over the last ten years!
2016 - The houses that started it all. Operating under the auspices of our sister company, AJH Renovations, we built these homes from the ground up. Our experience with these builds made it clear that AJH Custom Homes needed its own branch.
2017-20 - The Growing Years. So many of our favorite homes were built in these years! We built homes in Downtown Greenville and the surrounding foothills, while getting our systems down so we could best translate clients’ visions into gorgeous reality!
2021-2025 - Testing the Waters Of Commercial Work. After winning an award to place concrete sidewalks at Greenville County Schools during the summer of 2021 we expanded into some big commercial projects! Fast paced schedules tested and fine-tuned our processes, and we learned so much during these projects!
2026 & Beyond - New Homes and Expansion to NC. As of the end of 2025, AJH Custom Homes now officially serves both South and North Carolina as a Residential New Home Builder. We’ve got some exciting new projects on the way, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
